Wayne Long is a proven conservative in his second term representing District 39 in the Arkansas House, covering parts of White, Jackson, and Independence Counties. Ranking 66th out of 100 in seniority, he’s earned a spot on two key committees: State Agencies and Public Health. With over 41 years as a husband, experience as a business owner, farmer, and former Justice of the Peace, Wayne brings practical know-how and steadfast conservative values to the Capitol. He believes government should protect citizens’ life, liberty, and property, not micromanaging their lives.
Arkansas House District 39 encompasses areas of White, Jackson, and Independence Counties, including the cities of Judsonia, Bald Knob, Russell, Bradford, Newport, Jacksonport, Grubbs, South Tuckerman, Newark, Oil Trough, and Thida.
